HELLO GUYS

I would like to share about the goodnews, finally I am married!!

Yeah lucky me to find my behalf after the up and down in romance life.

The story began when we decided get to know each other deeper, met both side of family. So, in the mid 0f 2024 my current husband and his mom came to my hometown for the engagement. We had delight dinner with relax ambiance talking about how we can be a couple.

Surprisingly, my spuose brought an engagement ring and propose me infront of our parents. I accepted it as a formal gesture for marriage. We didn’t plan the exact date for the wedding day. But, we have got the idea and proposal in simple way in my hometown, Malang.

Jump to wedding preparation, it’s quite complicated whether decide it to be lowkey or maximalist. After some dicussion, we agreed to make one day for akad, temu manten, and reseption. And my mom asked me to joined her for modest reseption at home the day after wedding day.

We did preparation for 1 month only, finding vendor for the hall, catering, decoration, curated the theme, gown and make up, photographer/ videographer, flower bouqet, wedding cake, and last but not least the list of invitation. It’s hardly to settle in one time, we made progress very slow. I couldn’t expect much, since the long distance and online communication only.

The ceremony started in the morning, we commemorate the vow in Islamic way. Under the blessed of Penghulu (Religious Affair Officer) we also registered legally as husband and wife. Unfortunately, my dad was not fit enough to be my wali nikah, so the officer do the role under his permission. The sentence of marry daughter, make you my wife.... just like the song by Brian McKnight. It’s the most lovely moment in my life. Special event to remember.
